My wife is a housewife, having a baby (1 year + 4 months). She is a Post Graduate (MSc) and in Kuwait for the last 2 years.
Is she eligible for a driving licenses?
If yes, what are the papers I need to submit to apply for a driving license.

Answer: Although the rules state that housewives with children can apply for a driving licence, license are only given to those with school-going children. So your wife will not be able to get a licence.
