KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: A Lebanese man and his girlfriend, whose identity has not been disclosed, have been arrested and referred to a police station for making love in public, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The daily quoting security sources, the couple was caught red-handed kissing inside their car. The car was parked near a building in Salwa and the couple was making love under the cover of darkness.
According to the police the lovers were partly naked. The incident was reported to the police by a Kuwaiti man who saw suspicious movements inside the vehicle.

2 held with drugs: A Kuwaiti man and a Filipino woman have been arrested and referred to General Department for Drug Control for possessing drugs and a bottle of booze, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to reports the couple was arrested by a police patrol affiliated to the Mina Abdullah Police Station while driving along a road. At the time of the arrest the couple was under the influence of alcohol.

Filipina molested: The Security Director of the Farwaniya Governorate has ordered the arrest of an unidentified Egyptian man for harassing and attempting to molest a female Filipino flower vendor, reports Al-Anba daily.
It has been reported the suspect entered the shop and attempted to molest the woman. When she screamed for help, passersby called the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior and the man was taken into custody. Police are interrogating the man.

Kidnap bid foiled: Three unidentified persons who tried in vain to abduct a citizen from his home at an unidentified location due to a dispute between them, have been arrested and referred to the concerned authorities, reports Al-Anba daily.
The arrest came following a complaint filed by the victim with the Ahmadi police. The arrest was ordered by the Director of Investigations of the Ahmadi Governorate Col Adel Al-Hamdan.
The daily did not give more details.
