Our company deposits our salary into our bank accounts every month. As I am unable to keep a minimum of KD 100 in the bank, KD 2 is deducted from my account every month.
Can I claim this amount from my company?

Answer: There are no rules in the law that allow such claims. Some banks, however, have some special salary accounts from which such deductions are not made. You should opt for such an account.
This is the only way out as companies are now not allowed to pay in cash and have to deposit the salaries into bank accounts.
