My daughter, who was born in Kuwait, has valid residence up to 12th May 2012. She is married and is with her spouse in Abu-Dhabi, where she has taken a new passport, as her family name was changed. Her first name, however, is the same. Can she come to Kuwait on the new passport with the valid residence on the old passport which has been cancelled.
