Blueberry blitz smoothie

 Ingredients:

  • 1 carton light key lime yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • 1 frozen banana, chopped

Method:
In a blender, combine yogurt, blueberries, milk and banana. Cover and blend until smooth.
