I have been working in Kuwait since 2006 and my wife is also here but she is on an Article 20 visa. Is there a chance to bring my son to Kuwait on a family visa?

Answer: You have not said what sort of visa you are on — Article 18 (work permit) or Article 20 (domestic).
If both of the parents are on an Article 20 residence then you can forget about even applying for the residence.
But if you are on an Article 18 residence and earn at least KD250 there is a chance that you might get the visa for your son although the Immigration Department discourages such a thing when even one parent is on a domestic visa.
