KUWAIT CITY Nov 11: An Indian woman, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the police accusing two youths of robbing her handbag containing KD 30, cell phone and her Civil ID, reports Al-Dar daily.
In her complaint the woman said the suspect surprised her and grabbed her bag and escaped.
Police are looking for the suspects.

Manhole cover stolen: A Kuwaiti man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the security authorities and the Ministry of Public Works accusing an unidentified person of stealing manhole cover from his backyard in Mangaf, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The man claims although a complaint had been filed with the police, no action has been taken as yet either to arrest the culprit or to cover the manhole with another cover.
The man complains the open manhole cover is not only poses danger to the life of unsuspecting passersby but also spreads foul smell which is injurious to health.

13 reckless motorists held: During a campaign against reckless motorists in the Jahra governorate the traffic police are said to have arrested 13 motorists, issued 68 traffic citations and impounded 30 vehicles, reports Al-Anba daily.
The motorists who have been arrested are all youngsters. They have been taken into custody for eve teasing and/or harassing female shoppers.
The campaign was organized upon instructions from Major-General Al-Tarrah of the General Traffic Department.
The daily added the police have shaved the heads of the suspects and summoned their parents to sign a pledge of good conduct on behalf of their sons.

Stray bullet hits man: An unidentified expatriate has been hospitalized after he was allegedly hit by a stray bullet, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added the incident took place in Mangaf when the victim was walking along a road.
Police are looking for the person who may have shot in the air.
