Officers from the Capital Investigation and Intelligence Department, led by Colonel Abdul-Rahman Al-Suhail and Major Hussein Dashti, referred 5 youths to the Public Prosecution in connection with an Iranian teenager who was killed in front of a popular shopping mall at Salmiya few days ago.

The arrest follows strenuous efforts exerted by security operatives to unravel the mystery behind the murder, as they kept a close tab on 20 youths suspected to have been involved in the crime, until they finally got hold of the real culprits.

According to sources, they have already confessed to the crime, saying they stabbed two youngsters with knives during a public brawl that led to the death of the Iranian, while his friend is fighting for his life in the Intensive Care Unit of a hospital.
