I am working with a big logistic company in Kuwait and have finished 6.5 years with them. I was brought from my country. Am I eligible for a release because I have got a good opportunity from an other company? but my company is not ready to give me a release, so what has to be done?

Answer: Currently, there are ministry instructions which say that you can get a release after three years. So if the company is reluctant to give you a release, just go to the Labour Office in your area and they will sanction it.
