Visit Visa to commercial Visa transfer & Transfer of infant's visit visa to residence visa
I’ve come to Kuwait on a family visit visa. Now, a company is offering me a commercial visit visa.
I would like to know if it is possible to exit to Bahrain and re-enter Kuwait on this new commercial visit visa, and if the company finds me suitable, can I transfer it to a work visa by obtaining a PCC from my embassy?

Answer: Yes, you can go to Bahrain or any other country and re-enter on the commercial visit visa which can later be transferred to a work permit with the same company. You can also, if it is possible, get the Police Clearance Certificate through your embassy.
Is it possible for me to bring my one-month-old son on a visit visa and transfer his visit visa to residence visa in Kuwait? I and my wife already have residence visas of Kuwait.

Answer: Yes, you can. You are allowed to transfer the visit visa of an infant to a residence if you meet the salary condition: must be earning at least KD 250 a month.
