Kuwaiti caught with drugs in Rihab mosque Salon worker steals laser set

KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: The Farwaniya police have arrested a Kuwaiti employee of the Ministry of Information working for the Holy Quran Broadcasting Station for possessing 16 drug pills, two injections filled with heroin and a quantity of cocaine, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
The suspect was reportedly caught inside a mosque in Rihab. The contraband and the suspect have been referred to the General Department for Drugs Control.

Worker blamed
: Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints of an unidentified woman working for a salon for allegedly stealing a laser set, reports Al-Rai daily.
Police are looking for the suspect. It has been reported the employer has pointed a finger of accusation at the employee.

Thefts on rise: Farwaniya police have intensified investigations after receiving six complaints from expatriates of car break-ins and thefts in the area. All the thefts were carried out in the same fashion by breaking the window panes of the vehicles.

Army man beaten: A military man has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing an unidentified Kuwaiti man of beating and verbally abusing him following a collision with his car, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to the complainant he was on duty and regulating traffic and the Kuwaiti collided with his vehicle from the rear.
