KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: The labor sector of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor is studying a ministerial decision which was issued in 2005 to allow expatriates to sponsor themselves according to the guidelines and conditions contained in the decision, reports Al-Anba daily quoting reliable ministry sources.
The daily added, for example an expatriate should have a profession, should have more than KD 10,000 in his bank account or should be a partner in a commercial or industrial venture and this partnership should be of two consecutive years.
