Dependent visa for Son - Age limit 21

Recently, I went to Shuwaikh Passport Office for a visa for my son whose date of birth is May 1995. Though all related papers and salary were acceptable, I was told that children/sons above 14 years of age are not eligible for dependent visas. Upon checking with some related web pages I found this age limit is 21.
Please advice me what other formalities I have to complete to get a visa.

Answer:
Yes, the age limit to sponsor sons is 21 years and no new restriction has been imposed. You should approach the head of the Dependents Visa Department and point out the problem to him. Yours is the first case which has been brought to our notice and as we said above, the age limit for sponsoring has not been reduced to 14 years.

try againSrivi | 12/31/2011 6:49:59 PM Yes, only some counter persons, reject, this type of reasons. try after one week, another counter, another person will accept your visa. nothing to worry. there is no such hard rules in kuwait. All rules pend to counter person's convenience. try ur luck.
