KUWAIT CITY, Jan 8:  Two Kuwaitis — both brothers, one is 26 years old and the other 19 — have been referred for interrogation for allegedly stabbing their 19-year-old sister with a knife, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily quoting security sources, paramedics and police rushed to the home of the victim, when her sister called the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior.
When the police arrived at the house, they found the brothers had locked the victim inside the room to allow her to bleed to death.
However, the police managed to convince the brothers to open the door and rushed her to the intensive care unit of the Amiri Hospital.
The suspects are reportedly refusing to divulge the details of the incident or why they stabbed their sibling. They only say the issue is personal.
