Cherry cream cheese pie
Ingredients:
- 18 oz cream cheese (room temp)
- 1 cup cherry mixture
- 1 1/2 cup powder sugar
- Graham cracker crumbled
- 1/4 cup Butter
Method: Cream these together, add 1 frozen small tub cool whip (still frozen for best results). Crumble graham cracker add 1/4 cup melted butter and pat out sprinkle with a little sugar bake about 10 min in 350° oven. Put cherry mixture in shell saving some of the juice to use for pretty drizzle on the top. Now carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over the fruit and drizzle with the remaining juice.
