KUWAIT CITY, March 11:  A team from Kuwait Municipality confiscated and destroyed 2.35 tons of rotten fish imported from an Arab country, reports Al-Seyassah daily. The consignment was seized at the Kuwait International Airport.
A source in the municipality added that the team seized nearly 65 tons of meat, fish and chicken found unsuitable for human consumption from 16 stores across the country and destroyed them too. Seven companies are said to be involved in selling such spoilt food items.
