KUWAIT CITY, April 10: An Egyptian man and his Filipino girlfriend were referred to the Criminal Investigations Department for behaving indecently in a public place, reports Al-Rai daily.
The lovers were caught in a compromising position in a car parked behind a building in Salmiya.

Baby abandoned: Police are looking for two Asian women who allegedly abandoned a 10-month-old baby inside a photo studio in Farwaniya and escaped, reports Al-Rai daily.
The women entered the studio, made some inquiries and quickly left in a waiting taxi, leaving the baby behind.
