KUWAIT CITY, April 18: An Iranian was found dead in the sea-off Shuwaikh beach.
The Operations Room at the Ministry of Interior dispatched securitymen and paramedics when they received information about a man lying still in the waters.
Officials rushed to the scene to discover that he had already drowned. The corpse has been referred to Forensics department and a case has been registered to find the cause of the drowning.

Heads shaved: Eight eve-teasers were arrested by Hawally securitymen in front of Applied Institutes in Hawally.
The youths were caught harassing female students from the institutes and as a punishment, their scalps were shaved and they were forced to commit to a written oath that they will never indulge in eve-teasing.

Initial investigations revealed that he received head injuries after he was beaten by an unknown person. A case has been registered and further investigations are being carried out by the securitymen.
