Bangladeshi arrested - Police seize 30 liquor bottles

 KUWAIT CITY, April 20: Hawally securitymen arrested a Bangladeshi man for drunk driving and possession of 30 liquor bottles.
At a Hawally checking point, while securitymen were checking the suspect’s identification papers, they realized he was drunk. They also found an empty liquor bottle inside his vehicle and the suspect admitted that he drank the liquor from that bottle while he was driving.
On further investigations, they found 30 other liquor bottles in his vehicle.
The suspect and the liquor bottles have been referred to the General Directorate for Drug Control for necessary legal action.

Lorry with iron bars stolen: The Jahra police are looking for six unidentified persons for beating an Iranian man and stealing his half lorry loaded with iron bars. The incident happened in the suburb of Saad Al-Abdullah, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to the complainant the suspects were riding in two vehicles, blocked his path and forced him to stop. The man added he was on his way to Amghara Scrapyard.
