Indian stabs two policemen during ID checking in Jahra
KUWAIT CITY, April 25: An Indian national has been arrested for allegedly stabbing two police officers behind a commercial complex in Jahra.
One of the police officers sustained three stab wounds while the other sustained four wounds on his chest.
According to the security source, Jahra securitymen stopped the suspect to check his identification details. However, the suspect immediately retrieved a knife from his pocket and stabbed two officers several times.
The rest of the securitymen at the location managed to control the victim and arrested him.
The victims were referred to Jahra Hospital where they had to undergo immediate surgery due to the seriousness of the wounds.
High-ranking officials and Jahra securitymen visited the injured police officers at the Jahra hospital.
