Required:
Sky blue nail polish
White nail art pen
Red nail art pen
Instructions:
Step 1: Paint your nails blue and allow it to dry completely.
Step 2: Using the red nail art pen, make four to five random dots.
Step 3: Around the red dots, draw white dots extending it to the red dot to make it look like white petals.
Step 4: Top it of with top coat.
