Blueberry mousse

 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup blueberries pureed;
  • 1 cup fresh cream/ half n half;
  • 1 tbsp gelatin;
  • 1/4th cup water;
  • 2-4 tbsps powdered sugar;
  • 2 tbsps lime juice.

Method:
Sprinkle the gelatin in 1/4th cup water. Let stand for 5 mins. Microwave for a minute. Dissolve well with a spoon. Cool. Beat the fresh cream/ half n half with the sugar till well whipped. Add the cooled gelatin to the blueberry puree. Add the lime juice. Fold in the cream. Pour in individual glasses and keep to set in the refrigerator. Garnish with fresh blueberries.
