KUWAIT CITY, May 5: The Deputy Director General of Public Authority for Agricultural Affairs and Fish Resources (PAAAFR) Dr Haider Murad said marine control units spotted dead catfish afloat in the Kuwait Bay which necessitated coordination with the Environment Public Authority for a comprehensive survey to determine the possibility of other kinds of fish dying, reports Al-Qabas daily.
Murad said the death of catfish is not associated with the Red Tide phenomenon.
