4 women among 29 arrested in raid Nugra, Hawally, Amghara in focus

KUWAIT CITY, May 15: During a campaign in Nugra, Hawally securitymen arrested 29 individuals of different nationalities including four women, who were without ID cards or were involved in criminal cases.
They were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.

In a press statement issued by Ministry of Interior yesterday, the General Security Department assured they will continue to work on security control in all Kuwait governorates.

They also appealed to all citizens and expatriates to inform about any negative phenomena by contacting the emergency number 112, which receives calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Meanwhile, Jahra securitymen continued their security campaigns in Amghara and arrested five illegal residents.

According to a security source, while securitymen carried out the campaign in Amghara scrap area, they enquired about the expatriates living in the area.

On checking their details, they found five illegal residents, out of which one was wanted by law.
They were arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.

Stolen car found: A stolen vehicle belonging to a Kuwaiti citizen was recovered from a lot in Jahra.
Police on patrol in Jahra checked the information of the vehicle, which was parked at a lot in Jahra and discovered it was reported as stolen by a Kuwaiti citizen.
The vehicle has been referred to the concerned authorities.
