KUWAIT CITY, May 16: Two Asian mosque employees in Jahra have been detained for interrogation for allegedly molesting a mentally retarded Kuwaiti juvenile, reports Al-Anba daily.
The men were taken into custody after the victim’s father filed a complaint with the area police station and pointed a finger of accusation at the two suspects.
In the meantime, the victim has been referred to Forensics.

Gays arrested: The Jahra police have arrested two unidentified youths for committing immoral acts inside a car in Jahra, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to reports the suspects were arrested by a police patrol while on routine duty in the area.
The daily quoting security sources said the youths tried in vain to escape when they saw police driving in the direction of their vehicle.
The suspects have been referred to the concerned authorities.

Children abducted: A case of kidnapping his own children has been filed by the Taima police against an unidentified Kuwaiti man, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to reports the man is separated from his wife and the court has given the custody of the three children to his ex-wife but with a right to see the children on certain days of the week.
One day the suspect arrived at the home of his ex-wife and demanded to see the children and reportedly escaped with them and is now refusing to hand them back.

‘Lover’ out on bail: An unidentified Kuwaiti youth who had been arrested for ‘abandoning’ his girlfriend after being in love with her for five years, has been released on KD 200 bail, reports Al-Rai daily.
The youth was arrested after the 31-year-old girlfriend filed a complaint with the police saying the man was in love with her for five years and had promised to marry her.
She also said she had given in to his ‘wishes’ in the belief he was going to marry her. However, when he started avoiding her and refused to answer her calls she had no option but to seek police help.
When the youth was arrested and taken for interrogation he admitted to being in love with the ‘girl’ but refused having any intimate relationship or disgracing her in any manner.
Meanwhile, the woman has been referred to Forensics.
