I have been working in Kuwait for the last 14 years. Previously, I was working in some other company and after that I joined my new company 6 months ago.

Now my new company has terminated my services. Kindly, let me know can I get a release to any other company as I have completed only 6 months with my new company. If I can get a release what is the procedure?

But as you have been terminated, the company has no option but to give you a release.
All you have to do is get a job in another company, get a transfer letter from your new company and get it signed from your old firm. There should be no problem and you should easily get your transfer.
