KUWAIT CITY, June 27:Police have arrested 32 expatriates for violating the residency law in “intensive security campaigns” at Fahaheel harbor. In a press statement, the Ministry of Interior said the campaign was led by Assistant Undersecretary for Border Affairs Major General Sheikh Mohammad Yussef Al-Sabah. It added that immigration police as well as coastal guard forces took part in the campaign. The ministry affirmed security authorities would continue cracking down on violators of residency law and those wanted for criminal cases. (KUNA)
