KUWAIT CITY, June 30: Police are looking for a woman wearing “niqab” who stole three Iphones and a Samsung Galaxy worth KD 600 from a shop in Mangaf area, reports Al-Rai daily.
Apparently, the thief had asked the salesman to let her show the three phones to her mother whom she claimed was waiting outside the shop because she is disabled. The salesman was surprised when he discovered the woman disappeared with the items.

KD 6,000 jewelry stolen: The Salmiya police are looking for an unidentified thief who allegedly broke into an apartment in Salmiya and stole jewelry worth KD 6,000, reports Al-Rai daily quoting security sources.
According to security sources the theft was discovered by the owner of the apartment when he came home for lunch.
He told police when he entered the apartment he found everything messed up and the jewelry of his wife missing.
After he informed the Operations Department of the Ministry of Interior, personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department rushed to the apartment and lifted fingerprints to identify the thief.
