KUWAIT CITY, July 1: Police are looking for a Filipino woman for assaulting her Kuwaiti husband with the help of two well-built young men and stealing from him KD 2,400, reports Al-Rai daily.

According to security sources the suspect has filed a complaint with the Maidan Hawalli Police Station accusing his wife and the two youths of assaulting him.

The complainant said suspects attacked him soon after he left a commercial complex and was walking to his car.

The youths then snatched his wallet containing the money and escaped.

Man protecting wife beaten: Police are looking for two youths for harassing an unidentified woman and assaulting her husband, reports Al-Rai daily.

The man and his wife were shopping in a commercial complex in Jahra and the husband was a few meters away from his wife when he saw the two youths harassing his wife.

The husband intervened, an argument ensued between the trio and the parties parted.

The man thought it was all over. After the couple finished shopping, he did not realize the suspects were waiting for him in the parking lot.

The youths then assaulted him and escaped in a sports car. The husband has submitted a medical report showing injuries on his body. He has also provided police the car plate number of the vehicle and the description of the suspects.
