Kuwaiti stabbed in cafe fight; Indian held with liquor
KUWAIT CITY, July 9: A 25-year-old Kuwaiti citizen was stabbed on his back during a quarrel that rose among a group of Kuwaiti youths at a café in Salmiya.
When securitymen received information about the quarrel, they rushed to the location and arrested the suspects who were referred to Salmiya police station for investigations. The victim was referred to Mubarak Hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, a Jordanian youth was stabbed in his hand during a quarrel among a group of youths at a famous complex in Salmiya.
When securitymen received information about the quarrel, they rushed to the location. However, the suspects escaped before the arrival of the securitymen.
The victim was referred to Mubarak Hospital for treatment. Investigations are ongoing to know the cause of the quarrel and arrest the suspects.
Indian nabbed: An Indian expatriate was arrested recently in Fahaheel for possession and consumption of liquor.
Reportedly, when securitymen received information about a drunk Indian expatriate standing in front of a building late night, they rushed to the location and arrested him. They also discovered that he had three bottles of local liquor.
The suspect was referred to the concerned authorities with the liquor bottles for investigations.
