Loving couple ordered to leave a hotel
KUWAIT CITY, July 17: An unidentified husband and his wife were ordered to leave a hotel in Sharq for misbehaving in public, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to security sources the couple was seen hugging and embracing each other which annoyed the staff and other guests of the hotel and when the hotel manager requested the couple to respect the decency code of the hotel, the man reportedly replied in an abusive manner.
The manager then called police and to the surprise of the police the couple turned out to be husband and wife.
Drunk woman: Police have arrested a Kuwaiti woman for consuming alcohol, humiliating police and causing damage to a police vehicle, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
This happened when a patrolman noticed a car which was parked on the side road in Mubarak Al-Kabir.
Police approached the vehicle and they were shocked to see a bottle of booze on the front seat and the woman behind the wheel looked disoriented. When police asked the woman to park by the side of the road, police got the smell of alcohol as she spoke.
When the woman was asked to show her ID, she lost her temper and hurled insults at the police.
When she was taken at the area police station, she reportedly turned boisterous and broke the side glass of a police vehicle with her shoe heel.
Ex-husband blamed: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Fintas Police Station accusing her ex-husband of beating her, reports Al-Watan Arabic daily.
According to the complainant the ex-husband suddenly showed up and without reason started beating her.
The complainant has submitted a medical report to substantiate her claim. The ex-husband will be summoned for questioning.
