KUWAIT CITY, July 21: Four Moroccan nationals were arrested in Salmiya night for possession of hashish and other illicit items including syringes for drug-injection.
Reportedly, police on patrol in Salmiya grew suspicious when they saw the victims inside a vehicle in front of a building and approached them for verification of their civil IDs. When they noticed the nervousness of the suspects, they searched the vehicle and found the illicit items.
The suspects confessed that they were injecting drugs inside the vehicle.
The suspects have been referred to the concerned authorities with the illicit items for necessary legal action against them.

Maid absconding: The sponsor of an Asian housemaid lodged a complaint at a police station recently, stating that his housemaid ran away.
According to sources, the housemaid managed to find her passport, which she took with her when she ran away.
Securitymen have noted the details of the woman and a case has been registered for investigations.

Kuwaiti nabbed: A Kuwaiti citizen was arrested in Salmiya recently for his involvement in a financial fraud case.
According to sources, a police patrol in Salmiya stopped the citizen for checking his details and arrested him when they discovered he was wanted by law for his involvement in a financial fraud case.
He was referred to the concerned authorities for legal action against him.
