KUWAIT CITY, July 30:  The new government has no intention to approve the proposal to write-off the loans of citizens, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources.
This came after rumors spread in several social networking sites and media outfits that the new government may re-open the loans cancellation file.  However, sources stressed this issue has long been resolved through the establishment of the insolvency fund and the decision of the Central Bank to limit the monthly installment to not more than 40 percent of the debtor’s salary.
