Answer: Please remember that Kuwaiti laws only allow infants, who come on visit visas, to be transferred to dependent visas. This facility is also not available for young children. So, you can get your mother to Kuwait on a visit visa but can’t transfer her to a dependent visa. You have to apply separately for her dependent visa and if it is approved, then she has to leave the country and return on the new document.
