Mushroom and capsicum curry
Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 capsicum;
- 200 gms mushroom;
- 1/3 tsp ginger-garlic paste;
- 1 tbsp corn flour;
- 3 red chillies;
- 1 tsp chilli garlic sauce;
- 1 tsp tomato ketchup;
- salt to taste;
- oil for frying.
Method:
Wash and dice capsicum and mushroom into 1 inch cubes. Heat oil, add broken red chillies, ginger garlic paste and then chopped vegetables. Fry in medium flame till vegetables become tender. Remove excess oil and sprinkle both the sauces as per taste. Sprinkle salt and corn-flour which is mixed with little water to a paste and stir gently till it coats the vegetable.-
