2 Pakistanis held for forging visas Cables, pipes worth KD 15,000 stolen
KUWAIT CITY, Aug 18: Securitymen from the Immigration Security Department apprehended two Pakistani expatriates for forging work permits, reports Al-Shahed daily.
This follows information securitymen received about the activities of the two suspects who specialized in altering information on work permits-mainly salaries slips, to help expatriates apply for bank loans or driving licenses.
Sources said security operatives had set a trap for them and were arrested while forging work permit for an undercover agent in return for KD 150.
Meanwhile, unidentified individuals broke into a construction company at Mina Abdullah recently and stole cables and pipes worth KD 15,000, reports Al-Anba daily.
Reportedly, securitymen rushed to the location when they received information about the theft and collected evidences.
Investigations are ongoing to find and arrest the suspects using the collected evidences and retrieve the stolen items.
