I am working with KOC and have a valid residency. My wife lost her old passport in my country, with a valid residency in Kuwait till 2014. Her passport also has 3 children residencies. I have got them new passports. How can I get them into Kuwait to stamp their old valid residency?

Answer: Go to the Immigration Dept and get a letter from them which says that your family has valid residencies. They will put all the details.
Let your family take this letter to the Kuwait Embassy in your country. The embassy will then issue them entry visa/visit visas for Kuwait. Using these visit visas they can enter Kuwait and on arrival in the country just go to the Immigration Dept which will stamp the old residencies in their new passports.
