Kindly advise if an employee is entitled to allowances (housing, living and transportation) while he is on an annual leave vacation? Also, how are the official Eid holidays (2 or 3 days) accounted when these fall during the 30-day leave period?

Answer: An employee is entitled to the housing and living allowances but not the transportation allowance during the annual leave.
Secondly the law on annual leave says you are entitled to 30 working days leave.
Weekly holidays and official holidays should not be counted in the annual leave.
