KUWAIT CITY, Jan 16: An appeal has been sent to the residents of Kuwait to inform the nearest police station or the Ministry of Interior if they see a 22-year-old Kuwaiti, identified as Saud Badr Mohammad Al-Rashidi who reportedly left his house in Saad Al-Abdullah and has not returned since last Thursday evening, reports Al-Rai daily.

Saud is unmarried and is believed to be a military man, but is said to have not reported for duty for the past three months since he is known to suffer from a disease call ‘hyperthinking’, said Sattam Al-Rashidi the uncle of the missing man. He added Saud is a peaceful person and did not have any enmity. He reportedly drove off in his father’s car which was found Sunday evening in Fahaheel.
