KUWAIT CITY, April 6: After a previous ruling was issued by the disciplinary courts to disqualify two judges against the background of the case of ‘bribery of judges’ stemming from the money laundering case of the Iranian Salehi, Al-Qabas daily has learned from an informed source that another disciplinary ruling has been issued to disqualify 8 judges.
The source said that the disqualification includes judges who were earlier acquitted by the Criminal Court but the Appeals Court overturned the verdict of the lower court. The source pointed out that these trials are not held publicly, but at the Supreme Judicial Council after being referred to it by the Judicial Inspection Authority
