KUWAIT CITY, Mar 2: An official at the Ministry of Trade and Industries stated that Kuwait has received large quantities of onion about 120,000 kilos from Yemen and the import will continue on daily basis.
The source stated the red Yemeni onions arrived to Kuwait via the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through land, Indian oninos will be arriving within days as importing procedures have been placed.
Sources said that the distribution will be made in same quantity for each association in the country on daily basis.
