Kuwait City, July 27: Kuwait Finance House (KFH) deployed a team of employees to Turkey this summer to assist customers and visitors at KFH-Turkey branches.

For the third consecutive year, KFH presents this initiative to further solidify its leadership in customer service. This program caters to the growing number of customers who travel to various regions within Turkey during their summer vacations. Additionally, it addresses the needs of KFH-Turkey customers who own property or investments in the country and visit throughout the year.

The team comprises 13 employees spread across 13 branches in 7 cities: Istanbul, Bursa, Izmit, Sapanca, Kusadasi, Trabzon, and Bodrum. They will continue to serve customers until the end of August this year.

KFH Deputy General Manager-Products, Nehal Almosalem, affirmed the bank's commitment to providing a distinguished customer service experience that surpasses the standards of the Kuwaiti banking sector.

She emphasized that KFH is dedicated to continuously improving its services and products. This ensures a mutually beneficial relationship with its customers, by streamlining their financial transactions both locally and internationally.

Almosalem explained that this three-year initiative is the culmination of significant efforts across various KFH departments. Notably, the Group's Human Resources department and the Retail Banking department collaborated.  She further explained that employees were selected based on specific criteria, and KFH developed a comprehensive action plan to ensure the best possible customer service.

Highlighting the benefits of cooperation, she mentioned the opening of the KFH-Turkey service center at the Khalidiya branch late last year. This center has been a great success, serving over 8,000 customers since its launch.  Conveniently located in Kuwait, the center allows customers to conduct various banking transactions with KFH-Turkey, including opening new accounts, updating data, and activating the application – all without needing to travel to Turkey.

Almosalem explained that all KFH customers can benefit from the bank's services, which include instant transfers. This allows customers to transfer money to Turkey even on official holidays, free of charge.
