KUWAIT CITY, April 20: A 13-year-old boy was taken to Al-Adan Hospital yesterday after being bitten by stray dogs in the Al-Dhaher area. According to a security source, the Interior Ministry's operations room received a report about the incident involving the young Kuwaiti citizen. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene, near a charitable organization, where first aid was administered before the child was admitted to the hospital for further treatment.
