KUWAIT CITY, Aug 9: 139 expats violating residence and work laws were arrested in the capital, Farwaniya, and Al-Ahmadi governorates. Three fake service offices housing 10 unauthorized daily workers were seized in Al-Qurain. Collaborative efforts with state authorities led to 17 shop workers without licenses being arrested.
Additionally, 37 home delivery workers in undisclosed roles were arrested. Swift actions are underway, ensuring legal compliance and proper measures for all detainees. This demonstrates Kuwait's commitment to upholding lawful standards and safeguarding the rights of its expats.
