KUWAIT CITY, Aug 13: During a recent inspection campaign in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area, the General Traffic Department, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce, took significant steps to enforce regulations and maintain law and order. The campaign, part of the Traffic and Operations Sector's ongoing efforts to crack down on violators and outlaws, targeted garages and craftsmen’s workshops in the area.

As a result of the operation, authorities issued 11 violations to garages operating without the required commercial licenses from the Ministry of Commerce. Additionally, 60 traffic violations were recorded for failing to meet security and durability standards. The campaign also led to the arrest of 19 individuals in violation of residency laws, who were subsequently referred to the appropriate authorities for legal action.
