KUWAIT CITY, Jul 25: The General Administration for Drug Control has continued its crackdown on drug dealers and smugglers. In a recent operation, authorities arrested 21 individuals across 16 cases, seizing approximately 20 kilograms of various narcotic substances, including chemicals, meth, hashish, marijuana, and heroin. Additionally, around 10,000 psychotropic pills, 178 bottles of alcohol, and 43 electronic cigarettes containing narcotic cannabis were confiscated, along with cash proceeds from sales.

The arrested individuals admitted that the seized items were intended for trafficking and abuse. They, along with the confiscated items, have been handed over to the relevant authorities for further legal action. This operation is part of the Ministry of Interior's ongoing efforts to combat drug and psychotropic substance distribution.
