KUWAIT CITY, Nov 11: The General Authority for Roads and Land Transport, in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has announced a 24-hour closure of the surface road of Tunnel 3 in the Qadsiya area. The closure will begin at dawn on Friday, the 15th of this month, to allow for the laying of a new asphalt surface layer. The Authority advised drivers to follow alternative traffic routes to avoid congestion and maintain road safety during the temporary closure.
