KUWAIT CITY, Nov 8: The General Authority for Roads and Land Transport, in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has declared a temporary 24-hour closure of a section of the Second Ring Road. This closure will affect the road leading from the Gulf Street direction to Al-Istiklal Road (Road 30), situated in front of the Bneid Al-Qar area. The purpose of this closure is to lay the final asphalt layer on the road surface in the specified area.
