KUWAIT CITY, April 28: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is in the process of referring employees, who have been in service for 30 years or more, for retirement; as per the decisions of the Council of Ministers in this regard and the relevant circulars the commission previously issued to government agencies, reports Al-Rai daily quoting reliable sources.
