KUWAIT CITY, Oct 16: Meshal Al-Fajji, the proprietor of the sports promotion company KSP and the representative of the World Boxing Council (WBC) in Kuwait, has officially announced the upcoming Fourth Kuwait International Professional Martial Arts Championship. This exciting event is set to take place on the evening of November 4 at the Arjan Complex hall in Sabah Al-Salem suburb.

The Fourth Kuwait International Championship will feature a total of nine fights across various weight categories, encompassing five boxing matches and four in Muay Thai. Among the highlights are two main fights; the first is for the KSP Middle East Boxing belt, showcasing boxers Adnan Al-Qazwini and Jarrah Al-Anazi, while the second is a clash for the KSP Middle East Muay Thai belt, featuring Lebanese fighter Muhannad Al-Maghribi and Tunisian contender Hatem Jouaa. The competition will be overseen by international judges in accordance with the rules and regulations set by the World Boxing and Muay Thai Council.

Al-Fajji underlined that the Fourth Kuwait International Martial Arts Championship serves as a platform to support young martial artists, foster the technical abilities of Kuwaiti and Arab champions, and open doors for their participation in global professional competitions. He expressed his ambition to build upon the success of the previous three international tournaments and highlighted the novelty of having a boxing fight for the KSP Middle East belt and another for the KSP Middle East Muay Thai belt, a first in the history of the tournament.
